1. General
These terms govern the use of the Villa Kaštel Stari website and how direct bookings are arranged for Villa Kaštel Stari, Sv. Jurja 28a, 21216 Kaštel Stari, Croatia. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Enquiries and bookings
You can send a booking enquiry by choosing dates and submitting the form or a WhatsApp message. An enquiry is not a booking confirmation – a booking is confirmed only once the host confirms it in writing.
3. Prices
Prices and calculations shown on the site are estimates. The final price depends on the dates, number of guests and length of stay and is confirmed in our reply.
4. Payment
Payment method and timing are agreed directly with the host when the booking is confirmed.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation terms are agreed individually when the booking is confirmed and sent to the guest in writing.
6. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00 unless agreed otherwise. The host welcomes guests in person. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged.
7. House rules
The number of guests must not exceed the agreed capacity of the villa (up to 6). Pets are not allowed, and parties and events are not allowed. The pool is not separately fenced, and parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children near the pool. Guests must take good care of the villa's contents.
8. Liability
The host is not liable for damage to, loss or theft of guests' belongings during the stay, nor for force majeure affecting a booking. Guests are liable for damage caused by them or by people staying with them.
9. Website content
Texts, photos and other content on this site are owned by Villa Kaštel Stari or used with permission and may not be used without prior consent.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Croatian law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, or failing that before the competent court in Split.
